Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:
· Personalised products
· Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Any item not in its original condition or packaging.
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.
How to process my return
· Get in touch via email hello@soundlings.co.uk
· Please state your order number shown in your confirmation and your reason for returning.
· We will be in touch, via email, within 48 hours.
Refunds
· Once your returned item is received and checked, an email will be sent notifying you that your product(s) have been received and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
· If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 14 days.
Missing Orders
· If you believe your order to be missing/lost, then please contact us within 30 days from the date the order was dispatched and we will investigate and/or arrange a replacement or credit note depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
· Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of making the purchase. Outside of this timeframe a refund will not be possible.
Exchanges
· Items will only be replaced if they are defective on arrival. If this is the case, please send photos of the defective item on the delivery day to hello@soundlings.co.uk
· Note - Defective items will be replaced for the same product unless it is no longer available.
